Job Scope

The team requires an intern to undertake credit research, specifically in the Asian industrials sector. The focus of the role is to be able to analyse and understand: [1] the business risk profile of the business; and [2] the financial risk of the company. An overall assessment of risk and valuation of that risk will then be communicated to the portfolio managers through clear and precise written and oral recommendations. Monitor and communicate changes to these recommendations on a timely basis. There is a likelihood that successful execution of the role will lead to an extension of responsibilities.

Essential

• Strong academic record;

• Proficient with Microsoft Office;

• Solid and proven English written and verbal skills;

• Sense of teamwork and cooperation;

• Ability to solve problems and accept responsibility;

• Ability to manage work flow, which may be evidenced from extra-curricular activities as a student.

Desirable

• Finance and/or accounting major in degree;

• Formal Mandarin written and verbal language skills.
