Job Description
				
·    To assist Technical support (Post-sales) team in managing first line support
- Attend to customer support calls, provide the information to the respective technical consultant, follow up and status update
- Educate the customers on the AVEVA Helpdesk System
- To follow up with respective technical consultant to ensure Support has been provided and
update the status.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the customer support calls, status and pending actions to close the support incident.
- Assist with Preparation of standard training Agenda’s /Schedules
- Training Coordination for Open Training Feedback /Surveys
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Team

• Good writing skills and communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Can-do attitude
• Have the hunger to learn
• Should be able to commence work immediately
• Should have the relevant pass for residing or studying in Singapore currently
