Your Task
Develop sales pipeline with existing customers
Open new customer accounts
Collaborate and liaise with internal and external professionals to create customer solutions
Responsible for the handling and submission of tender
Support Project Manager in managing entire client projects including strategy, creative and technology
Manage customer/subcontractor contracts
Monitor and review customer satisfaction levels regularly
Strengthen and promote longterm relationships with customers through participation in customers’ strategic business planning processes
Proactive business development including market research and new ideas generation
Requirements
A team calibre and mindset, expected to work hard
2 years’ experience in direct sales and client management preferred
Tertiary qualifications preferred
Experience in providing IT solutions to middle/large corporations preferred
Ability to think creatively and sell strategically
Outstanding customer relationship skills
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
