Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist in issuing purchase order, invoicing, delivery order and inventory

* Servicing schedule arrangement

* Process payment voucher and ensure timely payment to vendors

* To perform day to day Purchase / work order/ sales order

* Handle partial A/P & A/R, issue cheque payments,record payments, issue vouchers and proper filing

* Monitoring and follow up on email correspondence and customers enquiry

* Any other admin duties that may be assigned from time to time

& Co-ordinate with suppliers & clients about shipment operation

* Handle incoming & outgoing faxes and telephone calls

* Perform general administrative duties like general filing, data entry, photocopying and general items purchase

Requirements

* Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Higher NITEC or Diploma

* At least 2 - 3 years of admin experience

* Good Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.

* Independent with a pleasant disposition

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* Possess good team spirit.

* Able to be multi task
