Marketing & Events Intern

======= Job Scope =======

The Intern will work closely with the Senior Consultants & Consultants within the Marketing & Events team on both an individual and group basis to:

• Be involved in team brainstorms pertaining to both integrated marketing & event projects to develop proposals

• Research & document information as required upon receiving detailed briefs from individual team members

• Source and/or communicate with existing suppliers to acquire quotes & specifications on products & services

• Email & phone RSVP & manage database for specific projects

• Provide on-site assistance and coordination as required for events

• Be part of a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where every team member is empowered to contribute to each project at hand

======= Job requirements =======

We are looking for students with a drive to make things work, especially individuals with the following qualities:

• A ‘can-do’ attitude & desire to learn & grow within a challenging & creative community

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Strong written and spoken English communicative skills

• A keen interest in lifestyle and creative industries
