Job Description
AST Travel Pte. Ltd. is an up-and-coming travel service provider in Singapore. Headquartered in Midwiew City, AST Travel is strategically located in the central of Singapore. AST Travel prides itself in providing outstanding customer service to corporate clients requiring air ticket reservations and hosting of corporate events and functions locally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
Main:
- Make cold-calls to corporate clients and update database.
- Manage Sales Managers' calendar and arrange for appointments.
- The executive will have the opportunity to follow our Sales Managers to meet up potential Clients to learn the ropes.
Secondary:
- Assist with updating of marketing collaterals.
- Assist with preparation of sales report.
*While this is an part-time/intern assignment, there is a possibility of conversion to permanent position for suitable candidates*
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
- Results-driven
- Female preferred
- Mon-Fri, flexible working hours
- Paid on hourly basis
- Singapore Citizens/ PRs only.
