ASM AS Singapore Pte Ltd is a regional HQ for SMT equipment. We are in the industry of supply SMT placement machines to major industries of manufacturers of IT, Telecom, Consumer, Automotive and Contract manufacturers.

Due to the rapid growth in this industry across our regions, we are looking for eningeering trained students ( EE, Mechanical or SW) for various engineering design work such as designing of mechanical nozzles, Software simulation of production lines or even database creation etc.

This person will work closely with our Service group, Sales group to assist in various challenging, enriching role to ensure customers requirements are met, or even having contributed to clinch sales deals for major global accounts in the regions.

This role sets a good path for an indivdual who seeks to learn on the latest technology of manufacturing lines that is happening globally, and various techniques and skills to equipped themselves about what is happening in the industries from the older days of throughhole components to the latest technolgy of chips and LEDs.

Job Scope:

a) Software simulation

b) Designing of nozzles using CAD/CAM

c) Data analysis and database creation

d) Testing of designed tools on latest SMT equipments

Requirements:

a) Independent and highly motivated

b) Good communicator and proficient in English

c) Able to meet strict datelines

d) Proficient in Microsoft office
