Your Task
Provide administrative support and co-ordination to accounts team, such as keeping track of scheduled meetings, meeting agendas and monthly deadlines.
Provide support to prepare Staffs’ Claims/Allowance & Petty Cash on a timely Basis, and in the process keeping a record of the disbursements.
Record Cash Book by handling receipts from customers and payment to suppliers, which will be rather frequent.
Administrate and manage all office administration work such as general data entry, book-keeping and meeting scheduling.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Fast Learner
Some form of accounting background, either from past job experiences or qualifications.
