• Processing of entry materials for the Awards
The role includes processing of entry material received to the Awards. This includes receiving online material and other supporting material including , referencing them and keeping a close control of the organisation of the material which will be judged for the awards.
• Telesales
This role does not involve hard selling, but instead you will be developing and continuing a existing relationship with contacts, informing them of new initiatives within the awards and encouraging them to begin the entry process as the deadline approaches. At the same time you will be able to answer questions about the entry process and offer deadline extensions where applicable or necessary.
Students from the field of Mass Communications/Media/Design Studies may apply.
We are looking for an independent individual with a drive to make things work,
especially individual with the following qualities:
• Highly interested in the marketing communications industry
• Highly communicative and pleasant personality
• Adept in Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within a
team-oriented environment
