We are currently looking for a passionate and entreprenurial Operations & Business Development Intern to join our team in Daraz in Myanmar, and embark on an exciting journey in the core of business development and entrepreneurship.
- Customer Service management - ensuring all policies and processes are met and the Daraz CS expectations are exceeded
- End to end Logistics management
- Improving our processes / tools - developing and implementing new features
- Supervising and Training the Operations team on new features
- Making sure implemented systems/tools are used among Operations Department
- Reporting IT issues to central team - from my side or from other managers requests + following up on this requests + implementing them if needed
- Supervising AIGx deliveries (warehouse) for Daraz
- Taking part of AIGx calls with Head of Operations
- Liaising with Daraz in others countries regarding best practice for Operations
- Taking part in various project
- Order reconciliation
- Supplier statement issuing and reconciliation
- KPI reporting
- Degree-qualified in a related field with at least 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Ability to work on abstract and complex systems - for example the Operations workflow
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to work through issues and structure solutions
- Master of Excel (formulas, pivot table, data validation)
- Basic knowledge of web - 404 error, IP, DNS, API, etc
- HTML (/CSS) basics will be an advantage
- Motvated self starter with excellent communication skills and the desire to make a difference!
