One of our newest ventures, an online platform in the F&B industry, is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their pioneer team! Based in Singapore, you will have local recruitment experience across a variety of platforms and a strong understanding of local HR principles and relevant labour law.
You will be responsible for setting up the HR function in terms of the following:
- Developing company-wide recruitment plans and managing the talent acquisition process (including advertising, onboarding and contracts administration)
- Conducting interviews with Line Managers and participating in hire/no-hire decisions
- Implementing policies and SOPs in all HR-related areas
- Business partnering with Management to deal with all HR-related legal and/or performance based matters
- Basic Payroll and HR related administration
- Degree qualified in HR or a related field, with at least 2+ years local recruitment experience (experience in the Singaporean market preferred)
- Good command of English - both written and oral
- Good working knowledge of local employment/labour laws and principles (including experience in organizing EP/S-Passes)
- Highly driven, with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with working in a startup environment an advantage!
- Must have the right to work in Singapore
