Asia Financial Consulting Pte Ltd – Senior Manager, Corporate Finance (IPO Readiness)

YOUR ROLE

• Provide a full range of services and play a key role in all phases of client engagements, from planning through final delivery.
• You will work with clients ranging from fast-growing private companies to large international publicly traded companies, participating in projects that cover areas such as IPO preparation, technical accounting and reporting support, audit readiness, transaction services, and internal control (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance, among others.
• Manage client relationships with an eye toward identifying and closing on new business opportunities.
• Manage multiple work streams within the same or multiple client environments.
• Develop a proficient understanding of service offerings across the organization.
• Participate in the business community and identify new business leads.
• Review work of engagement teams and understand accounting and controls.
• Deliver engagement findings and other presentations to clients.
• Review deficiencies and formulate solutions for implementation.
• Review progress of team to ensure compliance with audit programs and professional standards. Create audit/work programs for all types of engagements.
• Possess ability to discuss accounting and control issues, and provide research guidance for potential solutions.
• Review timelines and budget, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Assist engagements with execution of work programs.
• Work effectively with resources at all levels within the organization and at our clients, including across functions such as FP&A, Sales, Procurement, IT, Tax, etc.
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
