The role will include developing an overall Email Marketing and CRM Strategy within all our platforms, always with strong and regular interactions with the Merchandising and IT Teams.
- Job Description
Responsibilities:
In charge of running all the CRM Campaigns and help to define strategy according each platform.
As a CRM Marketing Executive, you will have to:
§Conduct short and long-terms CRM projects to improve the results (Newsletters, Transactional emails, Pop up, push notifications..)§Run A/B tests and analyse the results to define the strategy§Launch and manage CRM campaigns (work with designer and IT team)§Analyse data related to the campaigns such as deliverability, open, clicks, transactions and provide weekly reports and in-depth analysis.§Follow and improve the email performances§Run Benchmark on the competition and keep up to date with the e-commerce industry and CRM market trends.§According to your results, recommend and set up action plans to always improve customer’s journey.Requirements:
§Good analytical and deductive skills.§Have a perfect command of both written and spoken English.§Good PowerPoint and Excel skills .§Fast-learner and able to take initiatives.§Proactive and adaptable, able to work within a fast-paced environment.
