- Job Description
· Launching and managing campaigns
· Proactively working with Account Management to set-up of campaigns according to customer objectives
· Correct trafficking of creative tags
· Technical troubleshooting at all stages of the campaign process from implementation through execution and reporting
· Manage the QA process for all campaigns as well as pixel implementation
· Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams on ad server and trafficking platform feature enhancements
· Day-to-day monitoring of campaign performance, and conducting performance analyses on a regular basis
· Provide optimization recommendations based on the customer’s campaign objectives
· Provide the highest quality client service support by addressing any campaign challenges with accuracy, efficiency, diligence, thoroughness, and professionalism
