Aqayo is a Singapore startup that provides a cloud-based service/application for people interested in attracting the best talent. In the past 4 years, Aqayo has now build a client base composed of dozens of companies across Singapore and SE Asia. Building on our recent success, we are interested in putting together a series of events to raise our profile in the recruitment, and talent management community.

We are working in the typical startup mode: independent, hard-working, smart people are expected to be creative in contributing to Aqayo's growth no matter whether they our Director to our Intern.

======= Job Scope =======

The Marketing intern will be working with the Relationship Manager to put together some targeted industry events. The Marketing Intern will be expected to take the lead in the following:

• Defining the events' key message and format

• Identifying venues and vendors within budget

• Engage with potential speakers and thought leaders to have them participate in our talks

• Communicating and marketing the events to clients, prospects and industry thought leaders

• Coordinate the logistics in preparation and on the day of the event(s)

We are looking for an individual with an ability to raise questions, find solutions and drive interest. Someone with a personal interest in technology, event management, recruitment or just general communications should be able to find something in it for them.
