Apple Seed – Editorial Intern

We are looking for a Business Development intern to work under Apple Seed, a Singapore based venture accelerator. Apple Seed is led by leaders in the industry who together bring knowledge, expertise and start-up experiences. The people behind the business bring a cache of knowledge and know-how, network and connections into the venture capital and incubation space. The team brings a network of incubators in Singapore, India, China, Europe and America.

The role will enable the candidate to develop knowledge and skills on venture acceleration and incubation of local startups.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the Marketing and Communications team for any matters pertaining to marketing, branding and public relations management

• Call, email and liaise with startups  

• Assist with editorial or writing content on the website, blog and social media

• Familiarity with WordPress

• Assist with daily operations and logistics for monthly meetings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint, excel)

• Assist with software such as salesforce and mail merge 

• Ability to meet deadlines
