Duties and Responsibilities-

• Provide technical support to end-users on network and applications issues.

• Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues, set-up server and maintenance.

• Provide on call support for stand-by

• Assistance to Company’s IT managers and management.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent.

• Proficient in Windows XP, 7, Server 2003, Server 2008 R2, Linux.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

• Possess initiative with a positive attitude and able to work independently.

• Warm personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.

• Able to work on weekends.
