Annielka – Xero Accountant / Bookeeper / Operations / Ecommerce

We are looking for a XERO experienced bookeeper for our online retail business. Perhaps your still at school and already working part-time in a similar role which got you your experience in XERO. This job is one day per week at our studio premises.

Responsibilities:

• Check for double billings.
• Check for bill discrepancies.
• Check that RTS's (returned product to supplier) are credited back via a credit invoice.
• Enter all transactional data into XERO (record sales, purchases, expenses, deposits)
• Bank reconciliation
• Paypal reconciliation
• ownership of the accounting systems to identify opportunities to improve gross margin.
• Make suggestions to improve efficiency of record keeping and XERO data entry
• Auditing
• Light inventory management (checking in products)

• XERO skills (XERO certification will be highly regarded).
• Experience with B2C retail (experience with online retail will be highly regarded)
• Strong understanding and experience with dropshipping, consignment and wholesale sales models.
• Natural international English communicator
• Able to bring problems forward and give solutions.
• Full accounting knowledge required, for chart of accounts, running all financial statements, etc.
• Excellent international English email communication writing skills.

- Must be in Singapore and available for a phone interview

***You will be paid hourly as a contractor and will be required to invoice us for your services. The hourly rate is $6 - $12 depending on your experience level.***
