Responsibilities
•Assist the marketing team in administrative duties
•Involve with Event Venue Sourcing
•Support logistics preparations of events
•Liaise with multiple external companies (vendors)
•Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirement
•Must be proficient in MS Excel
•Preferable students in Business Administration or Marketing.
•An organized person with good attention to detail
•Enthusiastic and willingness to learn and contribute
•Someone who can work well as part of a team
•Good communication skill both written and verbal (will be required to communicate regionally)
Working Conditions
•Able to work 5 days (regular office hours) per week with minimum disruption
•2 Way company Shuttle from Bukit Batok MRT
•Poly & undergrad welcome to apply
Min 3 months, able to start within short notice (in May or early June) and only students currently residing in Singapore need to apply.
