Responsibilities
Man the IS Helpdesk Hotline and issue tickets for problems reported.
Provide 1st level end user support for their hardware and software issues.
Build & deploy workstations and printers, including the installation of operating systems, applications, drivers, etc.
Requirement
Experience or familiarity the following Hardware / Software Platforms will be essential
Dell / HP desktops and notebooks, iPads, Printers, Multifunction Machines, Scanners, Projectors
Microsoft Office Products, Symantec, Outlook, Notes mail, Internet Explorer, ArcServe Backup, etc. Windows 7 / 10, Windows Active Directory
An organized person with good attention to detail
Enthusiastic and willingness to learn and contribute
Working Conditions
Able to work 5 days (regular office hours) per week with minimum disruption
2 Way company Shuttle from Bukit Batok MRT
Poly & undergrad welcome to apply (Strictly for students only)
