Assist in housekeeping tasks such as reviewing agreement file, segregating between active and expired agreements, posting the active signed agreements on Spring.
Update vendor summary report with salient clauses for each agreement. This report provide a quick view of pertinent clauses at a glance.
Extract vendor list for Buyers. Ensure proper roll out of Purchase T&Cs with the Purchasing dept
follow up (chasing down) with Sales on contracts under review or discussion. Update progress report / Contract log
Proofing reading contracts to ensure that copy returned by customer or vendor has not undergone any change before we sign.
Minor translation of post review amendment on the agreement.
clean up reviewed document, convert to PDF and getting them ready for signature
any other adhoc tasks which may appear from time to time
Requirement
Proficient in Microsoft Word. You must be confident, independent and meticulous.
