Job Description

Manage and execute all corporate and marketing communications and strategies for delivery of key messages to target audiences in order achieve the company's overall objectives in line with our corporate and brand identity


  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics etc.).
  • Manage social media sites to ensure information is updated.
  • Generate content and coordinate outsourcing efforts to prepare graphics for periodic newsletters.
  • Update blog regularly by optimising use of key words and maximizing pages (SEO)
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Build and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Develop necessary campaign reporting and marketing dashboards based on Linkedin, Facebook, Google Analytics reports.
  • Optimize ROI using data, metrics and experimentation.
  • Manage company contacts through Hubspot CRM.
  • Work closely with Sales and Channel Management to ensure CRM has all the details and information for each company/ contact.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service, to draft out case studies for larger clients to be put onto company blog/ website.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to create publicity material such as sales brochures, sales slides so as to optimize business discussions.
