Job Description

This person will assist with the following:

  • Assist with HR Monthly Management Reporting. This includes analysing workforce changes and trends (such as attrition, demographics, employee status etc.) and reporting them to the VP HR and the Corporate HR Managers
  • Creating tools using Microsoft excel to enhance HR reporting and analysis
  • Creating slides using Microsoft Powerpoint to enhance HR business processes
  • Organize meetings for international HR community
  • Capturing notes and action items during meetings
  • Working with 3rd party vendors for various HR support
  • Processing work pass applications
  • Initiate relocation services for foreign hires
  • Onboarding of new staff
  • Super user for E-Portal


Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to ensure confidentiality of information
  • Resourceful and mature individual who is self driven and possesses strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably currently in the midst of obtaining a Diploma or Degree in a business or HR discipline
