- Design, develop and implement web based applications/systems/websites
- Enhance and maintain existing web based applications / systems / websites
- Design, develop and implement online interactive feedback channels on usage of coupons
- Create backend technology and algorithm to capture user demographics
- Provide analytical information based on data and feedback
- Investigate and rectify reported systems shortcomings by Clients (users and/or merchants)
- Make periodic improvements for enhancements of program specifications
