- Job Description
Mobility
- Liaising with Relocation Agent on all Mobility cases (which includes Work Pass Applications, Dependant Pass Applications, Home Search, Shipping of Personal Items and etc)
- Liaising with our Corporate Travel Agent on all flight arrangements for our transferees’ (and partner / family) on their home search and relocation flights.
- Liaising with serviced apartments on temporary accommodation arrangement.
- Liaising with hotels on home search stay arrangement
Administration- Assisting Employees to issue Employment Letters for Visa application, opening of bank account and etc.
- Coordinating with DSP Relocation on the Work Pass / Dependant Pass Applications and status update for all non-local candidates (local and international hires)
- Coordinating with internal trainers / vendors on training programs. Including logistics assistance for all in house trainings
- Updating the attendance list and feedback on training programs
- Following up on probation reviews and issuing of confirmation letters
- Creation of Employee P-Files
- Administering online recruitment accounts and assist in all job postings
- Assist in interviews arrangement and administering of tests for our HR Business Partners
