Job Description

We require a highly motivated and determined individual looking to learn and develop with the business. It is important that you have a strong affinity for numbers & can support the team with day-to-day tasks. You will get an opportunity to learn about the B2C business and online marketing techniques. The right candidate will be especially interested in mobile, online and digital media and will be in tune with youth consumer trends. Passion to learn new things and succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a must. Experience is a plus.
Your skills:
1. Good knowledge of Online Media Buying and affiliate marketing techniques
2. Knowledge of online media buying models including CPM, CPC, CPA, CPV
3. Excellent knowledge of conversion optimisation techniques
4. Knowledge of Google SEM techniques (Adwords)
5. A good understanding of email marketing
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Proactive & enthusiastic with excellent communication skills
8. The ability to work autonomously and within a team
9. A strong passion to work in the online & mobile entertainment industry
Main duties:
1. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues; new campaign ideas, incentives, commissions and bonus offers
2. Research new affiliates, ad networks, online publishers
3. Work closely with Marketing Director to build and expand the online affiliate program
4. Assist in the optimization of online and mobile traffic (CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA)
5. Work to agreed KPIs
6. Generate and analyse sales reports
7. Support the team in implementing new campaign ideas, product improvements, marketing incentives, and bonus offers
8. Work directly with the technical team to implement tracking solutions, testing, monitoring, bug reporting and troubleshooting
