Job Description
Allterco Pte. Ltd. are specialists in online entertainment with innovative products including online gaming, dating, mobile content, sms information services and interactive TV platforms, and much more. Allterco Pte. Ltd. operates in over 20 countries worldwide and has a strong focus on expanding into the Asia Pacific region.
Our marketing team is looking for a passionate & high-energy Graphic Web Designer to join our creative team at Allterco based in Singapore on an internship. This position will suit a designer with a strong creative capability both conceptually and in the development process. The right candidate must be in tune with current consumer trends across the Asia markets, ideally with some experience in direct marketing design to the youth market.
Reporting to the Marketing Director this role will see you take the responsibility for the quality and consistency of the overall look and feel of the entire portfolio of e-commerce sites including landing pages, splash pages, squeeze pages and mini-sites working along aside the Design team. To be considered for this role, you will be passionate about design and have a passion for all things digital.
You will be conceptually minded, developing creative solutions as well as having a sound understanding of the more technical aspects. Candidates must have a strong commercial awareness, be able to work as part of a team and be able to communicate at all levels as well across all functions.
Main duties:
1. Provide design work based on briefs provided by the Marketing and Product Development teams
2. Produce original design concepts for the e-commerce online entertainment offerings that meet the marketing requirements (areas include: online social gaming, mobile entertainment, music etc)
3. Produce high converting product landing pages and supporting promo materials including jpeg, gif, flash banners and flash animations
Essential for this role:
1. Have experience in web design & strong grasp of user and product centred design
2. Hands-on experience in designing high converting product landing pages as well as
online and mobile ads
3. Creativity, flair and strong sense of design with an eye for upcoming trends and the general direction of the online creative space
4. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamwaver
5. Fluency with web standards including: CSS, HTML and Flash
6. Additional experience in PHP, Javascript, Flash AS 3.0, WordPress, Joomla advantageous
7. Excellent communication skills & be able to work autonomously and within a team
8. Must be organised, efficient and have good attention to detail
9. Must be able to show initiative to get the job done
