Job Description

1. Support the Creative manager with design-to-print, web & mobile app design, via banners, illustrations, posters, e-mailers, etc.

2. Manage whole creative campaigns from concept to production independently.

3. Design and create EDMs (electronic direct mailers) and User Interface designs.

4. Management of social media posts and e-commerce campaigns, if needed.

5. Create daily mock up images, (digital imaging) based on requirements.

6. Corporate Brand identity promotional activities.

Job Requirements

1. Technical proficiency in design skills. i.e. PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash.

2. Good learning attitude, enthusiasm and an eye for detail.

3. Able to manage multiple assignments, work under pressure and meeting deadlines

4. A creative mindset on initiating new and unique marketing campaigns is a bonus.

Inventory

• Windows OS laptops are available for your usage. However, you are encouraged to bring your own laptops, for convenience. Mac platform is preferred. We currently use Adobe CS5. Software support is provided for Windows and Mac.

Learning outcomes:

1. Learn to produce accountable design work in a real-time deadline.

2. Understand the operations in a startup scale design work environment.

3. Learn use of social media/ web content design to perform marketing activities in this digital age.

4. Understand the User Interface/User Experience in Singapore, specifically the development in the group buying industry and how it is revolutionizing on-line shopping in the region.
