- Job Description
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as EDM blasts, lucky draws, Facebook contests, free give-aways etc
- Manage ADA social media portfolio such as Facebook/Twitter/Google+ so by posting ADA's/fun posts so as to keep the user activity high, as well as attending to questions/feedback posted by customers
- Manage ADA blog by writing posts on interesting deals and SEO-friendly articles
- Manage ADA affiliate program by registering new affiliates and providing them with relevant promotional materials to publicize about ADA
- Work with external organizations/institutes to provide specials offers/discounts to their members/students
- Preparation of deal mock-ups and scheduling of deals to be listed/closed
- Attend to customer enquires and handle customer feedback/complaints if needed
- Make reservations for customers on various bookings (e.g. travel, product deals)
- Manage stock inventory for products to be collected at AllDealsAsia office
- Assist customer walk-ins to collect their purchased products
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
Job Requirements- Interest in the daily deals/group buying industry/ecommerce in general
- Good communication, writing and telephone skills
- Proficient in the use of Internet/MS Office
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good attitude and customer service skills
- Able to start immediately, min 3 months commitment period
