1) Merchandising - Source products from overseas markets to be sold on ADA website, e.g. US, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand. The candidate should ideally be familiar with products in their home country, able to build relationships with suppliers and bring products into the Singapore market via the fastest and cheapest methods possible.

2) Strategic Business Planning - Map out ADA's future growth and expansion plans. The candidate should ideally be familiar with the eCommerce/group buying daily deals industry and its leading players in Singapore as well as across the globe, and is able to derive relevant strategies and action plans that ADA should partake in order to bring its business to the next level. 

3) Marketing - Conduct cost-effective and high ROI marketing campaigns to increase ADA's sales revenue. The candidate should ideally be a marketing major and have prior experience managing any of the marketing channels such as email, SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, social media, affiliate, mobile, guerrilla marketing etc.
