Job Description
• Assist the Finance Manage to handle most aspects of the company's finances
• Handle all payables and receivables e.g. to/from merchants, partners, advertisers, staff payroll, etc
• Manage and perform data entry into financial software, e.g. MYOB
• Prepare and check all financial reports before submission
• Admin duties associated with Finance and Operations of the company
• Assist in all other aspects of the company's operations when needed
Job Requirements
• Proactive and excellent learning attitude
• Energetic problem solver
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Ability to work with multiple details and be organized in your thoughts and work
• Detail oriented, results oriented, Multi-tasker
• Able to take stress of deadlines
• Experience and background in Finance/Accounting a plus
• Proficiency in financial tools and software e.g. MS Excel, MYOB, etc
