Job Description
Have you ever wanted a product, only to realise that it's not available in Singapore? With Airfrov, this is no longer a problem.
What is Airfrov?
Airfrov is a peer-to-peer (p2p) platform to match requesters and travellers for the purchases of items that are not available in the requester’s country. Travellers get rewarded for helping requesters buy and bring back items from overseas.
Our vision is to make the world a borderless place for the request of goods, and for Travellers to maximise their under-utilized luggage space. We believe that sharing is caring and we hope to build communal cooperation and shared economies.
I'm sure you must have tried ordering something online or on an application, only to face frustration due to a lack of customer service. At the back of your head, you might have even thought to yourself, "Ugh their service is so ineffective. If only they would change ______ ". If that's you, we need YOU in our customer service and operations team. Raise the standards of customer service and give customers of Airfrov the standard of service that you would want.

Primary Roles
Receiving customers when they come by the Airfrov office to deposit / collect items
Gathering of feedback from customers, and channel the information to the team for UX/UI improvement
Backend management of Airfrov's user interface and payment gateway systems
Secondary Roles (Not Mandatory)
Content generation for Airfrov's online and social media platforms
Online and social media marketing to optimise Airfrov's reach on the Internet
