- Job Description
- - Unload and load correctly consignments as per company procedures: e.g. right stacking and sequencing to ensure no damages occur to customer goods and TNT or subcontractor equipment.- You will be involved in production and contingency planning and operations- Managing both human and material resource allocation;
- planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes;
- making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
- monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
- being responsible for the maintenance of equipment schedule;
- liaising among various departments, eg, marketing, production, delivery, etc;
- supervising and motivating a team of workers;
- reviewing workers' performance.
