Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Assist Technology Services Specialist on day to day IT support and system administration

-Support user request through service desk ticketing system

-Software and hardware asset management

-Server health checks, monitoring and reporting

-Provide application support Involve in project management initiative

 

Requirements:

-Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

-Good computer skills with emphasis on Windows Servers, Windows Networking, Windows Desktops, Programming, Helpdesk Applications, Microsoft Office Applications

-Ability to communicate well with internal and external contact 3-6 months of internship
