Assist Technology Services Specialist on day to day IT support and system administration Support user request through service desk ticketing system Software and hardware asset management Server health checks, monitoring and reporting Provide application support Involve in project management initiative
Requirements:
Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline Good computer skills with emphasis on Windows Servers, Windows Networking, Windows Desktops, Programming, Helpdesk Applications, Microsoft Office Applications Ability to communicate well with internal and external contact 3-6 months of internship
