- Assist Technology Services Specialist on day to day IT support and system administration
- Support user request through service desk ticketing system
- Software and hardware asset management
- Server health checks, monitoring and reporting
- Provide application support
- Involve in project management initiative
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Good computer skills with emphasis on Windows Servers, Windows Networking, Windows Desktops, Programming, Helpdesk Applications, Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to communicate well with internal and external contact
- 3-6 months of internship
