Job Description
  • Assist Technology Services Specialist on day to day IT support and system administration

  • Support user request through service desk ticketing system

  • Software and hardware asset management

  • Server health checks, monitoring and reporting

  • Provide application support

  • Involve in project management initiative

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

  • Good computer skills with emphasis on Windows Servers, Windows Networking, Windows Desktops, Programming, Helpdesk Applications, Microsoft Office Applications

  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external contact

  • 3-6 months of internship
