Job Description
Manage customer relations of existing customers of Advisors Alliance Group.
Maintain and manage database of customers, in charge of planning customer retention projects, such as sending of weekly publications and special customer loyalty programs.
Handle general enquiries and direct customers to Advisor Alliance agents.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and project managerial skills;
A team player
Able to plan and work on your own initiative to deliver good quality work
Good communications skills
