We are looking for presentable, cheerful, energetic, and sports-oriented individuals to join us and strengthen our teams for the following internship positions:

*SEA Demand Planning Intern*

Primary Responsibilities:

1. To handle product ordering processes for assigned countries.

2. To handle orders tracking and product arrivals tracking for assigned countries.

3. To validate orders consolidation files from country customer service team.

4. To prepare and update seasonal purchase plan file.

5. To handle inventory management and monitor stock aging to meet inventory targets for assigned countries.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. To enhance a high level of teamwork and interaction between all departments.

2. To communicate timely product delays and drops information to relevant functional teams.

3. To review all orders which are unconfirmed and send exceptions to Global Operations for further updates.

4. To review all orders which have past ex-factory dates and follow up with Global Operations

5. To participate in relevant operational projects.

Intern Requirements:

1. Advanced Excel skills

2. Logistics, Operations and Supply Chain background or education (degree or undergrad only)
