Job Description
Overall Purpose of Job
• To assist SEA Senior Manager to build trading culture reporting and communication.
• To deliver pre-season and in-season actions that maximise sales and data collector.
• Liaison and communication links with country Merchandiser to ensure all reporting are submitted on time.
Job Responsibilities
• Detailed sales analysis and end results with accuracy is crucial.
• Actively work cross functionally and maintain effective communication/relationships with your Superior and among countries across SEA.
• Provide reporting and analysis to highlight current performance and be pro-active in interpreting, communicating and acting upon results/support key initiatives.
• Take on special projects that enhance the merchandising and planning processes and/or lead to new opportunities
• Liaise on new launch products, seasonal range by coordinating Operational Guideline with Visual Merchandising team prior to launch
• Implementing and exploiting new systems and processes.
Technical Knowledge and Business Skills Requirements
• Sales Estimating at department, range and product level including understanding of ranking / top lines.
• Cataloguing by grade and store profile
• Fully competent in the use of role specific software, Excel and MS Office functions.
• Planning skills, demonstrates clear understanding of all stages in end-to-end planning process and product Critical path, as well as understanding of impacts of changes to plan.
• Numerical, analytical and interpretive skills
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills
• Organizational / Prioritizing skills
