adidas Singapore – Customer Service (Operatons) TMaG Intern

Customer Service (Operations) Accountabilities:

1. Assist Customer Service in the sales order process within tight timeline.
2. Liaise between Finance, Warehouse and Customer to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Perform customer’s returns & documentation.
4. Assist in the incoming shipment documentation, submission of invoice.
5. To deliver performance levels as outlined in the adidas group standards.
6. To deliver reliability and responsiveness to customer enquiries.
7. To communicate cross-functional between internal interfaces.
8. To provide operational support in event set up.
9. Ad hoc administrative support e.g. courier arrangement, manual invoices, filing etc.

Intern Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/Retail/Supply Chain & Demand Management.
• Only current students will be considered for the internship programme.
• Must be able to commit for min. 3 months, but 6 months is preferred
