Job Description
Provide Human Resource Support to all department in line with the overall HR directions for adidas Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection

Assist with HR documentation for new hire, transfers and resignees
Coordinate interviews and sit in for interviews
Conduct interviews for part time retail assistants
Prepare Letter of appointments
Coordinate Orientation and welcome kit for new hires

Compensation and Benefits

Update employee data and benefits
Assist HR Manager with compensation and benefits matters ( insurance and medical claims)

Employee Relations

Assist HR Manager with staff events
Assist HR Manager with CSR projects

Training

Assist Training Manager with training logistics
Assist with training materials and programs
