We are a non-profit social enterprise with a status of Company with Limited Guarantee. Recognized and a member of Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE). We are one of the recipient that was awarded under the “Venture For Good” project supported by NCSS and Tote Board.

The main 2 areas of our services are job placement and training for beneficiaries who are disabilities, youth at risk, single parents and ex-offenders.  We serves as an advocate and a voice to represent the collective interests of beneficiaries. Provide feedback to the public, companies or organization employing beneficiaries.

 Besides providing a complimentary 3-in-1 service programme to beneficiaries, we also conduct self-enrichment workshops, Training courses and Career opportunities; provide supports and enrichment for the benefits of these beneficiaries in Singapore

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director and will be responsible for the full spectrum of business function of the Office in Singapore.

Oversee the clients’ working performance at external partners’ site on time to time basis.

Handle clients’ job placements to external partners.

Reaching out to various recruitment channels, networking

Resumes filtering, short-listing and coordinating of interviews arrangement and recruitment decision making.

Beneficiaries Screening and matching with vacancy.

Liaison with all business functions to understand needs and job scopes

Day to day HR job requirements related to managing the talent in the team

Sourcing and maintain good relationship with NGOs and VWOs pertaining beneficiaries and volunteer management.

Interview and sourcing new trainers from existing beneficiaries pool

Oversee business development team handle complaints, disputes or grievances arise and resolve matters between clients and external partners.

Oversee operation team on administration of clients’ payroll, staff benefits and welfare activities, handle company’s manpower and recruitment needs

Handle annual performance appraisal, salary benchmarking and review, bonus and increment exercise and provide recommendations to Director(s)

Handle clients’ relation issues, including staff retention, disciplinary issues and termination

Process onboard new clients and off boarding of existing clients administration

Preparation of weekly, monthly, half-yearly and ad-hoc reports for Director(s)’s review


Requirements

  • At least obtain a N or O Level. Probably Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resource
  • Individuals who is self-motivational, independent, sales oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Individuals with logical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills.
  • Individuals who are resourceful, aware of the latest business trends.
