Job Description

The Talent
• Tertiary education

• Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken English
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
The Job
• Business development and generate leads (through job ad chasing, cross selling, candidate interviews etc)
• Negotiate terms of business and sign off by clients
• Meet the target, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Meet with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment cycle
• Review the requirements, selection criteria and plan for the sourcing methodology
• Source for candidates (database, job boards, social media, career fairs, referrals etc)
• Screen and interview candidates (F2F/Phone)
• Present candidates to clients
• Manage interview process between clients and candidates
• Manage offers and conduct reference checks
• Ensure compliance and adherence process e.g activities captured in system
