We require a highly motivated and determined individual looking to gain work experience with a leading global mobile affiliate network. It is important that you have a strong affinity for numbers & can support the team with day-to-day tasks. You will get an opportunity to learn about the digital advertising business and online marketing techniques. The right candidate will be especially interested in mobile, online and digital media and will be in tune with youth consumer trends. Passion to learn new things and succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a must. Experience is a plus.

Your Duties:

1. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues; new campaign ideas, incentives, commissions and bonus offers

2. Research new affiliates, ad networks, online publishers

3. Work closely with marketing team to build and expand the online affiliate program

4. Assist in the optimization of online and mobile traffic (CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA)

5. Work to agreed KPIs

6. Generate and analyse sales reports

7. Support the team in implementing new campaign ideas, product improvements, marketing incentives, and bonus offers

8. Work directly with the technical team to implement tracking solutions, testing, monitoring, bug reporting and troubleshooting

Your Attributes:

1. A strong desire to establish a career in Digital Media

2. Knowledge of online media buying models including CPM, CPC, CPA, CPV

3. Excellent knowledge of conversion optimisation techniques

4. An outgoing individual with a can-do attitude

5. Strong analytical skills

6. Be able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility

7. Proactive & enthusiastic with excellent communication skills

8. Excellent command of English (written & spoken)

9. Must have a permit to work in Singapore
