Your Task
Manage and maintain ACE Ltd's Corporate Communications and Media Relations on all media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook page, Twitter account, LaunchPad Directory, and any other medium as directed by the Management
Assist to develop and manage ACE Ltd's web portal and other online media including but not limited to Facebook page, Twitter account, LaunchPad Directory, and any other medium as directed by the Management
Actively get participants to complete the voice of entrepreneurship survey
Identify areas of opportunity to implement online/digital marketing strategies & manage the execution of all digital marketing campaigns from concept through end of campaign reporting; to analyse data and measure reach and response
Actively schedule social media engagement strategies, manage daily social media activities and build social profiles in order to drive engagement, create awareness and increase ACE's visibility
Monitor social media trends and analyse these data to ensure that appropriate tools and strategies are used
Source and conduct interviews with the entrepreneur community for publication on various media platforms
Develop and maintain a series of FAQs for the entrepreneurial and start-up community
Draft press release and liaise with the media
Design and create marketing collaterals, including but not limited to EDMs, newsletters, web banners, posters etc
Handle all walk-in guests at the ACE Ideation Centre and online queries
Maintain a satisfactory audit posture at all times
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Journalism
An experience in communications, social media, with design knowledge, would be advantageous
Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Deep understanding and skills in social media and the various tools to track its reach
Ability to work independently and also collaborate as a team to achieve shared outcomes
Interest in the startup/entrepreneurial ecosystem preferred
