Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Candidate will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team, he/she will be responsible to present, assess, design and recommend security/time attendance system solutions for customers
• Candidate will be one of the contact points for customers to address issues, and work towards resolution of any problems raised
• Candidate must have a relentless attitude and take responsibility and ownership of customers' problems, from start to resolution
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or IT
• Fresh graduate with relevant field of education also welcome to apply
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work well in a multi-cultural team environment
• Possess a positive attitude, problem solver and diligent
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and Network LAN and WAN architecture, well – versed and with debugging skill of TCP/IP and Network LAN and WAN architecture, and network switches / routers, MS Windows NT/2000, or Novell NetWare, or Unix / Linux networking environment
• Well - versed in common database integration & deployment
(N.B: Training will be provided for our ACTAtek Certified Access Control Professional & candidate will receive letter upon successful completion)
