Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect aggressively and develops new customers through networking, referrals, company lead generation and cold calling and follows up appropriately to obtain appointments
  • Responsible for obtaining pertinent information from customers for quotation, follow-up, assist in closing the sale and as in any small company, whatever it takes to satisfy our customers
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining client databases for leads
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Work closely with, assist and support Business Development in:
  • Keeping them apprised of customer needs and any deviations
  • Maintaining customer accounts
Work closely with, assist and support Customer Relationship in:
  • Maintaining complete customer files and maintain appropriate customer and prospect information into the company contact management database
  • Identifying target accounts and working with management, achieve specific goals for closing new business
  • Evaluation of client needs and preparation of quotations
Requirements:
  • Experience in handling customers enquiries and knowledge to generate sales leads
  • Must be articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Bahasa Indonesian or Malay speaking will have an advantage, as need to communicate with clients from Indonesia, Malaysia & Brunei.
  • Has strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Creative, Innovative, enthusiastic, committed and eager to learn
  • Able to handle general administrative works including facilitate shipping and marketing functions
  • Report directly to Sales Director by assisting daily sales activities such as Marketing, cold calling, issuance of quotation and invoice.
