Job Description
You have to love numbers. You would be someone love reading details from sets of numbers. Based on the figures we captured. We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to assist in data analysis and reporting of customer behaviour and preferences, campaign creation, campaign response and long-term trends.
Principal Responsibilities
• Assist in mining data from a multi-million record marketing database and provide pre-defined analysis and look for opportunities within the data for ad hoc reporting.
• Execute Customer behavior and response reporting including LifeTime Value reporting and other long-term trends in shopping behavior of Customers within segments, as well as monthly summary updates and period-over-period trending.
• Design and execute detailed marketing campaign tests and launch response reporting, observe trends and make recommendations for potential improvements to print, online and eMail and digital campaigns; understanding differences between existing customers and prospect conversions.
• Improve and support ‘test and learn’ capabilities by analyzing marketing campaign results; make recommendations for further testing.
• Support and refine critical elements of our marketing operations; include but not limited to database table enhancements, process improvement recommendations and key performance metrics.
