- Job Description
Ø Analyze and resolve desktop hardware and operating system level issues
Ø Interact professionally with client community and be committed, helpful, responsive and effective in supporting healthcare applications and activities.
Ø Ensure the integrity of all System information and maintain confidentiality of all information.
Ø Perform installation of technology solution as appropriate, and assist with recommendations as to specification and configuration of hardware and software.
Ø Act as vendor liaison for principal projects and evaluate vendor proposals.
